JOE KNOWS SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Founder of "The Tough Enough To Wear Pink" campaign 2001: Now a national program of the PRCA. A campaign that Joe started nine years ago with 2,400 $20 T-shirts to raise awareness in Breast Cancer Research and in 2006 Joe Beaver presented a $1,000,000 check to Breast Cancer Research.

This program has expanded into the PRCA so that every major rodeo across the country, including the National Finals Rodeo, has a "Tough Enough To Wear Pink" performance, where all the proceeds go for breast cancer research.

Spokesperson for the state of Texas on a state-wide tobacco cessation program for rural Texas youth called "Buckin' Tobacco"

Since 1994, Joe has been actively involved with "Western Wishes". An organization that grants wishes to children faced with adversity and who love the western way of life. This award-winning program has rewarded Joe with the pleasure of turning dreams into lasting memories for these inspiring kids.

The next Joe Beaver social responsibility program "Bold Enough To Wear Blue." The campaign message is 1) Get Tested, 2) Lose Weight, 3) Exercise Daily and 4) Eat Heart Healthy Meals. It was launched November 12-17, 2011 at the 36th Indian Finals Rodeo. Next scheduled event 2011 WNFR in Las Vegas, December 1-10th, 2011.
